No. It is a conversation with a dentist about your images and your questions. The dentist may tell you what they see and what to do next; a full diagnosis and treatment need an examination in a clinic.
A phone or computer with a camera and microphone, a recent browser and a stable internet connection. You can test your camera and microphone on the consultation page before the room opens.
Only the dentist you choose, after you agree to share it. Emails contain only the time and a link — never your X-ray or report.
Cancel on your consultation page until 48 hours before the start for a full refund, or ask once for a new time before the room opens.
Only after the dentist accepts one of your proposed times. Until then nothing is charged, and if the dentist declines you pay nothing.
